Numerical control technology is closely combined with machine tool control. This process of generating instructions from part drawings is called NC programming. The difference between CNC machine tools and ordinary machine tools is that CNC machine tools process parts automatically according to the program, while ordinary machine tools are operated by people. As long as we change the program that controls the action of machine tools, we can achieve the purpose of processing different parts. Therefore, CNC machine tools are especially suitable for processing small quantities of parts with complex shape and high precision requirements. Because CNC machine tools must process parts according to the program, the programmer will input the program into the CNC device to direct the work of the machine tool after compiling the program. The program input is through the control medium.
Some domestic CNC machine tool manufacturers do not pay enough attention to the improvement of the overall process and manufacturing level. The processing means are mainly ordinary machine tools and inefficient cutting tools. The assembly and debugging are completely manual, and the processing quality can not be stabilized and improved under the pressure of the production schedule. In addition, the production management of many domestic CNC machine tool manufacturers still use the original manual account management mode, and the low process level and management efficiency make the enterprises unable to form enough production scale. For example, foreign machine tool manufacturers can load and transfer products every week, while domestic production cycle is too long and difficult to control. Therefore, we should pay attention to strengthen our own technological transformation and management level while introducing technology.
Due to the rapid development of CNC machine tool industry, some enterprises ignore the long-term interests, and do not pay enough attention to improving their comprehensive service level, or even lack a real understanding of service, and only focus on marketing rather than pre-sales and after-sales service. Some enterprises send personnel to the production of CNC machine tools lack of sufficient understanding, will not use or use CNC machine tools, can not guide users to use machine tools; Some of them lack basic understanding of advanced and efficient cutting tools and can not provide better process solutions, so users naturally lack confidence in manufacturers.
